Fujifilm Fujinon 50-140mm f/2.8 R LM OIS WR - question

I bought from Amazon Fujinon lens 50-140mm 1.28 R LM OIS WR.
I didn’t use it very often from date of purchase – last month – but now I found out that something is loose inside the lens.
When I gently shake the lens in my hand it is noise coming from inside like something is loose.
I do not have any problem with this lens – but like to know if it is normal.

I contact Camera Service Support and they told me “Please note that your XF 50-140 f2.8 it’s an OIS lens in which you will hear the floating parts of the unit when you hold the lens”

Do you notice the same?

Thx in advance

It’s totally normal. Once the lens is attached and the camera turned on, the focusing motor engages, you should hear a little clunk and then nothing will sound loose or move around inside the lens. Enjoy the lens, it’s great.

Thx doncraigphoto very much. Now I feel much better/safer.
