Fuji devotee since 2013

Hello everyone! It’s great to be a part of this group.

As a child I was taught film photography and darkroom work by my father. I was the photo editor for my college newspaper for 3 years - way before the digital age. I grew up with Nikons and never thought I’d switch to another brand. But when the time came to get back into the craft, I was very upset by the loss of mechanical functionality on all the new Nikons. That’s how I discovered Fuji and immediately fell in love. I recently upgraded from the X-Pro1 and X-E1 to the X-T2.

I’m still learning LR and haven’t touched PS yet (so damned confusing). I’m rather techno illiterate but hopefully that won’t last for long. My goal for today is to add new presets in LR. LOL.

I thought I’d add a photo from the X-T2 that I just finished. It didn’t need much retouching. The water is green from the evergreen reflection. This was shot in Vellum at 200mm at ISO 800, 1/1000sec at f/4.8, on a hydrobike.

My next Fuji purchase has got to be a bigger telephoto!!!

Thanks for reading! xo Lizzie
